Guidelines / Tips for completing Scholarship Applications
If you would like to have your scholarship checked over by your guidance counselor please have it to the guidance office at least 1 week prior to the due date.
Students are responsible for the mailing of all scholarships, college applications, etc. if you have any questions or concerns regarding this please see your guidance counselor.

AGATI-Scholarship Local 1822: Due - May 29, 2026
William J. McBride, Jr Memorial Scholarship: Due - May 17, 2026
For students at Peru, Plattsburgh, and Seton Catholic to assist them in their pursuit of higher education.
Crary Foundation Scholarship - Due May 4, 2026
The Bruce L. Crary Foundation in Elizabethtown, NY awards these renewable scholarships to worthy students
Moose Lodge Scholarship - Due: May 15, 2026
This scholarship is available to students that have a parent or guardian that is a member of the Plattsburgh Moose Lodge 2390 as well as a relative in good standing.
Retired Educators of New York - Due: May 1st, 2026
This scholarship is available to students who have an average of a B or higher, demonstrate financial need, and are going into education.
Northern NY Builders Exchange - Due: April 17th, 2026
For students going into a Construction related major.
Jane Boswell Memorial Scholarship - Due: May 1st, 2026
For students who intend to study education.
Woodmen Life Scholarship - Due: May 11th, 2026
This scholarship is available to any member of Woodmen Life Chapter 1016.
Warren & Daniel Hamilton Scholarships - Due: May 8th, 2026
Two scholarships available. See flyer description that is attached.
SeaComm Scholarship - Due: May 1st, 2026
Dottie Harvey Scholarship - Due: Postmarked by March 30th, 2026
Available to students in Clinton County
AES Northeast Scholarship - Due: May 1st, 2026
Awarded to a student attending an accredited degree program in the field of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, or Construction Management at a college or university.
Donald DeVirgeles Memorial Scholarship - Due: April 22nd, 2026
Available to all students. Must have a GPA of at least 2.7
NYFB Agricultural Youth Scholarship - Due: April 1st, 2026
Description: This scholarship is available to students who are continuing their education to prepare for a career connected to the agricultural industry. The student must live or work on a farm or be involved with agriculture.
NYHA Scholarship - Due: Normally May
Description: For students going into an accredited trade or technical school/program, College, or University.
ARC Foundation Scholarship - Due: April 1st, 2026
This scholarship is offered to those who are pursuing advanced education in Human Services, Clinical, Nursing, or any industry-related field.
Abbott & Fenner - Due: June 10th, 2026
Description: Student must write an essay. Topic changes every year.
Herb and Nan Newlove Humanities Award - Due: May 1st
Description: This award is given to a student who intends to pursue a career in the Humanities (Art, Music, or Literature) and is based on scholarship, leadership, character, and citizenship.
Paro Credit Union Scholarship - Due: May 15th, 2026
Description: Given to students who best embody the attributes of Frank A. Paro (hard working and desire to excel) and are planning to continue their education in the fall.

Fire Department Local 2421 Scholarship - Due: May 15th, 2026
Jennifer Welch Scholarship - Due: May 1st, 2026

Harrington Scholarship - Due: May 15th, 2026
Kilkeary Scholarship - Due: May 1st, 2026
Justin Vasquez Scholarship - Due: Wednesday before Memorial Day
Valenze Scholarship - Due: May 1st 2026

‘Be the One’ Scholarship - Due: March 1st, 2026
Awarded to a senior in Clinton County who has maintained a 70+ average. Essay or 3-to-5 minute recording and letter of acceptance to a post-secondary institution of learning required.
