Goals for Hope Raises Record Amount

GOALS FOR HOPE RAISED $5,610 FOR FITZPATRICK CANCER CENTER
The 4th Annual Goals for Hope 3v3 Youth Soccer Tournament took place on Saturday 10/17/2026. Started by alums Andrew Bula and Ben Lambert, Goals for Hope raises funds for the FitzPatrick Cancer Center in Plattsburgh.
This year, PHS students Aidan and Julia spearheaded the event as their NHS Project. 44 teams were registered to participate, representing 132 players in the U8-U14 age group. From soccer clubs to local town teams to friends having a fun time playing soccer together - the 2026 Goals for Hope event raised $5,610 which was presented to the FitzPatrick Cancer Center on October 19th. This year's donation is the highest amount in the four-year history of the event.
City of Plattsburgh Mayor Hughes was on hand, supporting the event.
Since its inception, Goals for Hope has raised donations totaling $19,500 for local cancer treatment and support.
