Today is an A Day!

Attention German Club Members—our meeting is today instead of Thursday!   I plan to see you today after school in Room B5! Danke 🙂 

Reality Check will meet after school on Tuesday in Mrs. Castine’s room. All are welcome to attend!

Attention any 7th and 8th grade students interested in playing a JV or Varsity Spring sport.  There will be a mandatory meeting Wednesday afterschool in room G-17 to sign up.  Any questions see Mr. Hartmann in room G-17 or Nurse Sellars. 

There will be no intramurals this week.

Congratulations to the MATHCOUNTS team for their outstanding performance at the regional competition! Brant Cass took home the 3rd place individual trophy and the Stafford team took 1st place led by Lulu Navarro, Brant Cass, Azra Gul, and Nabil Aksamawati-Arja. The team will move on and compete at the state competition! 

Attention 6th graders who took Home and Careers Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 with Ms. Dupree: Middle School students sewing projects will be displayed from February 10th to March 25th.  Please stop in The Strand Art Gallery to see the beautiful fabric artwork made by SMS students.  All are welcome. 

KNOW THE CODE: Your Student Handbook (which is on the Stafford website) does not allow Pajama pants. Students not following expectations will be required to change.  

HAPPY KINDNESS WEEK! SMS Student council will be hosting a variety of events for kindness week starting with our kindness raffle! “Get caught being kind and receive a pink kindness ticket, turn in those tickets at lunch time and enter a raffle for prizes!
