Today is Friday June 4th, 2021 and it is a B day
Happy birthday today to Marcus Griffiths and Abigayle Hicks-Lemza!
And happy birthday over the weekend to Mya King and Riley Latour!
Quidditch Club will have practice Sunday, June 6, at 2 pm. We will meet in the Taj parking lot. New members are always welcome to attend.
Attention Seniors, be sure to see Mrs. Larose to sign your name on the Senior Class T shirt. Also, if you have not filled out the Teams form for size, please do so as soon as possible.
Seniors: Caps and gowns will be distributed on the day of Senior Picnic, which is tentatively June 11, 2021. Seniors that ordered other Jostens products can pick them up from Ms. Fresn in Room 245 – 4th, 5th, 8th periods as well as after school.
Attention language lovers! Are you considering signing up for German I class in the fall? If you’d like to find out first-hand what German language courses have to offer, feel free to join in one of our classes after school 10th period. Current German students will welcome you with open arms so that you can get a taste of German class. Just message Frau Klimkiewicz if you plan to pop in for a visit! Vielen Dank!
Attention Hornets! Are you interested in running for Class Officer for the 2021-2022 School Year? Petitions can be picked up outside of the main office. All petitions will be due no later than Thursday June 17th at noon. See any class advisor or class officers for more information. Elections will take place via teams on Friday June 18th.
In Club news…The Equalosity Club would like to remind the PHS community that June 1st marked the start of national pride month. Gay pride or LGBT pride is the promotion of the self-affirmation, dignity, equality, and increased visibility of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people as a social group. Throughout the month, a daily quote that embodies the spirit of pride will be shared. Today’s quote –

At 3:30 p.m, the girls Varsity Tennis team will have a match vs. Northern Adirondack @ Northern Adirondack Middle/High School
At 3:30 p.m, the boys Varsity Tennis team will have a match vs. Northern Adirondack @ Northern Adirondack Middle/High School
At 4:30 p.m, the boys Varsity Baseball team will have a game vs. NCCS @ Northern Adirondack Middle/Senior High School
The boys tennis team will be released early today at 2:20 p.m. A separate email will be sent with the athletes’ names.
