Today is Wednesday, May 25, 2022 and it is a B-day!
Happy Birthday wishes today to Haley Ladue, Bryn Lawliss and Quentin Neil!
Starting today, the Senior Class officers are organizing a coin drop in order to raise funds for our upcoming senior picnic and banquet. Senior banquet will be held at the Westside Ballroom from 6-10pm on June 17th. The picnic will be held at PHS, on the turf during the school day, on Friday, June 3rd.
Each teacher has assembled a group or pair to participate in this coin drop. These teams will be comprised of:
Team 1- Mrs. Bouayadi, Mrs. Relation, and Mrs. Charlebois
Team 2- Mr. Piccirillo and Mr. Mousseau
Team 3- Ms. Lahart and Mrs. Oshier
Team 4- Mrs. Patel-Dame and Ms. Nadge
Team 5- Mr. Boulé and Mr. Champagne
Team 6- Mrs. Prescott and Mrs. Armstrong
Team 7- Mr. Carpenter-Kerr and Mrs. Boutin
Team 8- Mr. Bordeau, Mr. Manney, and Mr. Lavalley
Team 9- Mrs. Baker and Mr. Fulmer
Team 10- Mr. Valenzuela and Mrs. Maggy
Each team/teacher will have a bucket in their classroom and will be collecting money until 12:30pm on Friday.
There will be two winning teams announced at the mini Olympics, and each winning team will be able to choose a losing team to get a pie thrown in the face at the end of the assembly that Friday.
Good luck to all teams, and we hope you’re all having a fun-filled spirit week.
Be on the lookout for some fascinating characters roaming our hallways today and tomorrow! Students in Ms. McCord’s AP Literature class will be dressed as their favorite literary character! Enjoy the costumes!
Attention Key Club members…officer petitions are on the Key Club board. Please consider filling a position for next year. We need officers. Petitions are due May 31st

Good Morning Hornets. Are you interested in running for class office?
Officer Petitions can be picked up outside the main office until Tuesday May 31st.
All complete petitions are due by 3:00pm on Friday June 10th to the following advisors.
Seniors- Class of 2023 Mrs. Fresn in Room 245
Juniors- Class of 2024 Mrs. McCoy in Room 100.
Sophomores- Class of 2025 Mrs. Charlebois in Room 104
Student Association- Mrs. Bouaydai Room 220 or Mrs. Armstrong Room 253
Elections will take place on Monday June 13th
Any boy’s soccer player grade 9-12 interested in playing summer soccer this year that there will be a meeting today (5/25/22) at 2:50pm in Room 249. Information will be handed out at the meeting with regards to cost, times and schedule. If you have any questions or will be unable to attend the meeting, contact coach LaRose in school or by teams or email. Thank you!!
We will have a GAPP meeting after school today, Wednesday 5-25-22 in Room 213. It is VERY important to attend this meeting if you are someone who is hoping to host in the FALL and travel in the SPRING of next school year!!! Danke!

The Student Association is bringing back the Mini Olympics this year! We’re CHANGING things up a bit and you are not going to want to miss this GLOWING opportunity of Hornet Pride. We’re RACING to get to this event which will take place on Friday, May 27th. Leading up to this event, we will have a Spirit Week,
TODAY: “Anything but the Backpack Day”. The item you choose must be smaller than 1 meter.
THURSDAY is TROPICAL DAY- Dress fab and don’t be a crab.
Friday is CLASS COLOR Day for the Mini-Olympic Games. Wear your class colors and bring some competitive energy.
We can’t wait to STEP IN TIME for Friday.
