Today is a B- Day

No Happy Birthday wishes for students today.

The library is closed today during periods 4, 7 and 8.

There will be a Model UN Meeting on Tuesday, December 20^th after school.

“The Green Team is bringing back the holiday store! If you have old toys, games, decorations, or household objects that you don’t need anymore, bring them to Room 316 all this week. Next week, the Holiday Store will be open for students to come in and pick out Christmas presents to bring home for free!”

SMS Student Council is hosting their 2nd annual free gift-wrapping drive on Dec. 19 from 4-5:30pm in the Stafford Middle School Cafeteria. Bring up to 10 Holiday items to be wrapped for free. Refreshments and holiday music will be offered in the cafeteria while you wait for your gifts to be wrapped.

Reminder, if you are interested to travel to Italy and Greece this spring. The deadline to enroll is Sunday December 18,2022. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Yadollahpour in room 215.

Are you interested in Law, Juvenile Justice, or just want to help make a difference by giving back to your own community? Join the Clinton County Youth Court!

Youth Court is a county run program that provides a unique opportunity to serve as members of a court for youth who have committed real offenses. All roles in the court room (Judge, Attorney, Clerk Bailiff, and Jury) are fulfilled by the members. Members earn community service credit hours for all their time participating with the Youth Court.

The Clinton County Youth Court will be holding a 2-day new member training on Wednesday December 28th and Thursday December 29th. For more information, please visit the guidance office or keep your eye out for flyers and scan the QR code to fill out an application online!

The PHS character trait for December is Acceptance.

Acceptance is important because it is the gateway to feeling a sense of belonging. To be accepting of others, you must create a space for everyone around you to be the best version of themselves possible. This will instill a culture of belonging and strengthen our communities.
