This stream is a continuous stream that does not stop in the event the internet fails unlike the primary. There may be still be buffering and issues ongoing but it will continue to broadcast until the end of the ceremony.

In addition, CVES will be recording two backups of the event to repost after it is over if the stream does not succeed.
