POSITION TITLE: Secondary Science Teacher at Plattsburgh High School

CERTIFICATION: NYS Secondary Science Certification in any area (grades 7-12)

Preferred NYS in Earth Science area

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience teaching Earth Science at the high school level
• Previous experience preparing students for the NYS Physical Science/Earth Science examination
• Previous experience working with a diverse student population
• Previous experience teaching both at-risk students and students with special needs
• Previous experience developing and implementing lessons based on the Next Generation Learning Standards

SALARY: Plattsburgh Teacher Contract
