January’s Essential skill is Goal Setting- A goal is a desired result that you envision and commit to achieve. You have to know what you want so that you can take steps to get there. Goals can be both personal and academic, short term or long term. As we get ready for Second semester, now is the perfect time to set some goals for yourself. Each month CFES will raffle off 2 movie passes to Cumberland 12 based on the Essential skills. Entry forms can be found outside of the guidance office and Ms. LaPierre’s room. (room 221), and in study hall. The drawing will take place on the last school day of the month

At 4:30 PM, the Varsity Indoor Track team will have a meet vs. Multiple Schools @ PSUC Fieldhouse

At 5:30 PM, the boys JV Basketball team will have a game vs. Saranac Lake @ Plattsburgh High School

At 6:25 PM, the girls Varsity Hockey team will have a game vs. Salmon River Central @ Salmon River Junior/Senior High School

At 7:00 PM, the boys Varsity Basketball team will have a game vs. Saranac Lake @ Plattsburgh High School
