Online Video Integration in the Classroom 1

Come and see how to locate and save a realm of safe, educational multimedia including movies, sounds and images.  Learn how easy it is to set up a log in for your students to have access as well as yourself!  Emphasis will be on classroom integration of Power Media Plus.  Handouts for use with students will be provided.  All multimedia can be burned to CD’s or DVD’s.  It can also be used in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint or iMovie  PLEASE NOTE TIME CHANGE

This is a continuation of Online Video Integration in the Classroom 1.  Are you finding that downloaded movies are way too long for your students, or you only like a certain segment?  Do you like the movie but not the audio track or visa-versa?  This session will show you how to edit these movies and tailor-make them so they are ideal for student teaching and learning.  Emphasis will be on classroom integration of QuickTime Pro.  Optional – Bring downloaded movies to edit.

iPhoto is a Mac program that organizes pictures.  Come and see how easy it is to create a slideshow of pictures including music with just one click of a button.
